Today, with the continuous advancement of food preservation technology, freeze-dried food has become a new favorite in the market due to its lightweight and complete nutritional retention. As the core material of its packaging, thermally laminated PET film is redefining food packaging standards through technological innovation.
Using a biaxially oriented polyester substrate, a nanoscale dense structure is formed, with an oxygen permeability of less than 5cm ³/m ² · 24h and a water vapor permeability of less than 2g/m ² · 24h, effectively blocking the penetration of external gases and moisture. By using vacuum aluminum plating technology, a metal layer with a thickness of only 0.1 μ m is formed on the surface of PET, reducing the oxygen transmission rate to 0.5cm ³/m ² · 24h, while giving the packaging a metallic luster and enhancing shelf attractiveness.
Integrated microwave sensitive coating generates a secondary heat source during microwave heating, forming a crispy layer on the surface of freeze-dried food and solving the problem of "soft on the outside and hard on the inside" caused by traditional microwave heating.
Develop recyclable modified PET and add bio based plasticizers to achieve a degradation rate of 90% within 6 months in a composting environment, in compliance with the EU EN13432 standard.
